It's interesting to see how your campus improved on its infrastructure yet the educator prep stayed the same. I'm curious to know what new technologies your campus acquired that it didn't require much training.
Suggestions for improving Teaching and Learning would be to find technology leaders on your campus that know their stuff and have them mentor someone who is not all that comfortable.
Professional Development in our district is terrible. We aquire technology and then no one knows how to use it! It is very sad. I agree having teacher mentors is a great idea!
